fil77 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless directly attributable to fil77's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
fil77 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, refuse to open an account, close an existing account, or restrict the functionality of any account where it reasonably believes that the eligibility requirements have not been met or that fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity is occurring.
fil77 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via a range of payment methods available at the time of transaction, which may include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, among others. Available methods are displayed within the Wallet section of your account.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering requirements may require enhanced verification for large transactions.
All deposits must be funded from payment accounts or instruments that are legally registered in your own name. fil77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a deposit is found to originate from a third party, fil77 reserves the right to void the deposit, reverse any winnings derived from it, and suspend the Player's account pending investigation.
Deposits are generally credited to your fil77 wallet in real time. In the event of a technical delay, Players should contact the fil77 support team with proof of transaction before lodging a dispute with their payment provider.
fil77 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. fil77 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors or banks.
fil77 is committed to processing withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within one (1) to two (2) hours of a request being submitted and approved. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet are typically processed within the same banking business day, subject to the operating hours and processing times of the receiving institution.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name. fil77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

fil77 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. Where a reversal or cancellation of a withdrawal is initiated by a Player, the funds are returned to the Player's fil77 wallet balance.

fil77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining in the account after the deduction of any amounts owed to fil77 will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. Bonus funds are non-returnable upon account closure.
Players may voluntarily close their fil77 account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations already incurred under these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the fil77 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting fil77 support. fil77 will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve them within thirty (30) days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. For disputes subject to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, the complaint procedures established by PAGCOR shall apply.
fil77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they materially affect your rights or obligations — fil77 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the fil77.club website and, where practicable, by notifying Players via their registered mobile number.
The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the fil77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
